Highclere Castle Disabled Ticket Policy

Highclere Castle operates a ticketing policy that recognises that disabled visitors may need assistance to enjoy their experience.

Where an event provides access to Highclere Castle only, if a visitor has a necessary carer, a free ticket will be allocated to the carer at the time of purchasing a disabled ticket.  Visitors with a necessary carer wishing to book in advance should use our website to select the number of Carer tickets they require after selecting the number of Disabled visitors they require.

Where an event provides access to Highclere Castle but also food and/or other products, if a visitor has a necessary carer, a reduced-price ticket will be allocated to the carer at the time of purchasing a disabled ticket.  The reduced-price ticket allows us to cover the costs of the food and/or other products.
