Highclere Castle has entertained royalty, statesmen and aristocrats over the centuries. This champagne is called Cuvee Royale by its producer, the family owned Grand Marque house of Joseph Perrier, since it was a favourite of Queen Victoria and King Edward VII. It has long been the Castle's Champagne of choice for the enjoyment of its illustrious guests and is now available in half bottles.
