Highclere Castle Gin is distilled from a blend of botanicals found in the Castle’s Victorian Orangery and ancient Monks’ Garden as well as a touch of oats grown on the estate farms.

This exceptionally smooth London Dry Gin integrates juniper, orange and lemon zest, lavender, cardamom and other herbs with Highclere’s famous oats to soften the finish. Bottled at 43.5% ABV, it is quickly becoming a must have in the world of cocktail mixology.  It is currently the winner of 50 prestigious Gold/Platinum Awards with a score of 96 points.

While being perfect for many famous cocktails it has been noted that people have been enjoying it on the rocks with a slice of orange zest or rosemary a drink now known as “The Noble”, so smooth you can enjoy it in its simplest form.
