"In every walk with nature, one receives far more than he seeks." - John Muir.

Ticket includes:
•    A Countryside walk in the Grounds and Gardens of Highclere Castle hosted by Lady Carnarvon and Lydia Millen.
•    Tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival and a delicious glass of Champagne following the walk.
•    A signed copy of Lady Carnarvon’s book "Seasons at Highclere" (RRP £30).

Hosted personally by Lady Carnarvon with Lydia Millen alongside, join us for an amble through the historic Parkland and beautiful Gardens to mark the joy of Mid-Summer. A key ethos at Highclere is walking and talking when things get sticky. Lady Carnarvon agrees there is no better therapy.

Lydia agrees that walking in nature proved to be truly life changing. Her debut book, Evergreen, discusses how you too can find the joy in being outside.

Please arrive at 4pm for a warm welcome with tea, coffee and biscuits in our Coach House Tearooms before setting off on foot into the magical landscape with Lady Carnarvon and Lydia Millen. There will be an opportunity to visit the Gift Shop prior to the walk start time. Please note, it will not be open after the walk.

The walk will begin around 4:45pm, followed by a glass of Champagne at 6pm through to 6:30pm in our Coach House Tearooms where you will also collect your signed book. The Grounds will close at 7pm.

The event will be going ahead come rain or shine, so please wear suitable attire to suit the conditions, although we do always hope for the best.

We very much look forward to welcoming you and embracing Mid-Summer in the glorious setting of Highclere Castle.
